When implementing a significant change in an organisation's approach, it is crucial to ensure the involvement and alignment of all stakeholders throughout the journey
Using Agile methodologies we unpacked the project road map and delineated the key aspects of the task. As a team we embraced iterative cycles and collaborative sprints with various stakeholders within the organisation. This meant the initiative was adaptable and easily evolved to match both the users and clients needs as part of the overall design process.
To ensure the user was kept at the center of what was a sprawling project, with a significant number of stakeholders, we conducted extensive qualitative and quantitative user research to validate our consumer goals and scenarios. The goal we were suggesting were then validated before progressing towards information architecture and prototype testing.
We delivered +219% YoY Growth in website traffic, +168% YoY Growth in returning users and +123% YoY Growth in industry referrals.
Our process effectively addressed the intricate internal structure of the client, resulting in high satisfaction. Subsequently, the outcomes demonstrate very positive user satisfaction as well.
